Recieving a Delivery:

Look for damage to the product or the packaging. If you see damage to the packaging, ask the driver if you can open the box before accepting the package to see if there is any damage to the product. 

If there is damage that you were not expecting, do not accept the delivery. Tell the driver that you will not sign for it because of the damage. You are not required to accept a delivery if it is damaged. 

Do NOT accept any delivery that you are planning on returning. If you do accept delivery for a damaged item, it makes it harder for you and harder on us to give you a refund. It's best to leave yourself out of this type of situation so you are not charged in the first place.
